Old Stevensville Post Office

This 730 square foot building appears on an 1877 map and served as the Stevensville Post Office for the first half of the 20th century. The government paid $18.75 a month in rent and $25 a year to heat the structure. A variety of businesses occupied the small building until it was acquired in 1997 by The Kent Island Heritage Society.
